Dear friends, brothers and sisters,
We live in a time of deep and important changes. Our time surpasses in importance all that took place previously. The old world of divided and enslaved people, the world of violence and destruction of nature is receding into the past. The last tyrants will fall. Freedom will come to every person. In a new world national borders will be erased and humanity will live freely in a single democratic society.
The destruction of animals and plants will stop, people will live as good neighbors with each other and with other living beings. Mankind will learn the meaning of its existence and will start fulfill its destiny assigned by the Lord.
We are lucky to live in a time of transition from the old world to the new. Every one of us has an opportunity to have a say, to do one’s life’s work, to contribute to the overall good deed at the critical moment of Earth’s history. Never help of every human person was so desirable and needful.
I prepared this text in which I wrote about what was revealed to me, what I understood, what I suggest doing. I expressed in it my own world view, my faith and hope. My text is not homogeneous. A very small, but the most important part of it is what the Lord revealed to me. The rest is the result of my reasoning or intuition.
The Lord revealed to me, and I tell people about the purpose of humankind, the meaning of its existence. I say that the Lord created man to take care of other living beings, help them.
The Lord revealed to me, and I tell people that the Lord loves all living beings equally. For the Lord all living beings are one family. All living beings, from the smallest to the largest, are beloved children of the Lord. Man has no less and no more right to life than any other living being. The life of the smallest living being is dear to the Lord in the same degree as man's life.
Having said this to people, I have fulfilled the will of the Lord. If you hear or read these words, never again will you be able to say with a clear conscience that you do not know the meaning and purpose of your existence.
I know that I am just a weak and sinful man, not a prophet. My life and all that I have belongs to the Lord. I'm helping other living beings. This is the main business of my life, my vocation and daily service to the Lord. I hope that if the trials and tribulations come, the Lord will give me strength and patience to go along my life’s path to the end as the prophet Isaiah walked by faith: “I bared my back to those who beat me, I did not stop them when they insulted me, when they … spit in my face” (Isaiah, 50.6, Good News Bible). I have faith in the Lord. I believe that I understand the meaning of human life. I thank the Lord for that I have the ability to feel love and compassion for the members of my big family – all living beings. I feel happy.
By publishing this text online in Internet I tell people what I wanted and had to say. Will be heard my words or not, it will be in accordance with the will of the Lord.
May the grace of the Lord be with planet Earth – the City of the Lord.
O.K.
13th November 2011
1. The Lord - the single, the merciful, who never leaves us without support, the omnipotent, who created the world and life, one for all who lived, lives and will live, our happiness and hope.
It is impossible to assert anything about the Lord except what can be said based on his relationship to our world.
The Lord is the one and the only in relation to our world. It is confirmed by the harmonious structure of our world.
The Lord is the one and the only for us, but the assertion that he is such in itself is meaningless. Just like meaningless is any other statement about what the Lord is in itself. Categories of our world are applicable to the Lord only where the Lord enters into a relationship with our world. All our statements about the Lord can be meaningful only within our world.
There is nobody like the Lord. The Lord has no assistants as well as opponents.
There is no power but the power of the Lord. There are no forces of good and there are no forces of evil.
The arrangements of our world – the Universe - and the laws of its development are established by the Lord. In the world around us there is not anything that would have existed against the will of the Lord.
People call the Lord by different names. These names are the result of human imagination. None of these names is better than another. The Lord is also called as God. Both of these words mean our creator. When we use the word the Lord, we define our creator in terms of his relationship to our world. The relationship of the Lord to our world can be described as follows. He is the one who created our world and established the laws of its development. He created life, cares about it, protects it, directs its development. The believer is his servant. So our creator is the Lord.
2. There is no greater happiness than that which comes with the faith in the Lord and a sense of connection with the Lord. Anyone who has such happiness would not reject it, would not exchange it neither for wealth, nor the health and longevity, nor strength, nor the power, nor any pleasures of life. The one who believes in the Lord and feels his contiguity with the Lord fears neither sufferings nor death, he's gladly willing to endure all for the sake of the Lord.
3. Our world has not arisen by chance. Our world was created by the Lord. All events that has happened and happening in our world are not meaningless, but are aimed at achieving the goals of the Lord. What's happening in our world by the will of the Lord today is a continuation of what happened yesterday. In the future, which will be a continuation of the past and the present, the intention of the Lord will be embodied.
4. Goals and motives of the Lord, his plan are unknowable, inaccessible to human reason. Rational knowledge of the Lord is not possible. The Lord does not belong to the world around us. The Lord is beyond the Universe, beyond time and space. Our reason cannot transcend the limits of the Universe. Only by faith, intuition and divine revelation through our soul we can feel the Lord, his merciful nature and our contiguity with him, know his will.
5. Every living being has the quality, whose essence is the ability to be in inseparable connection with the Lord. This quality can be called the soul, which the Lord has given to every living being. This quality is the same in all living beings, from the smallest to the largest. The soul is not a substance of any kind, material or immaterial, but the quality. This quality goes beyond the physical world around us.
The Lord never leaves any of the living beings unattended. He is connected with us since our entering upon this world and until our departure from it. Any living being is always under the beneficent influence of the Lord. Impact of the Lord is not perceived by the senses of perception of the living being, yet every living being can feel feedback of this impact. The Lord strengthens us spiritually, gives us a feeling of happiness and joy of life, the will to live, the desire to overcome the limitations of the world around us, the ability to go against the circumstances, to resist hardships and adversities. The constant and indestructible connection with the Lord gives rise in living being to a sense of community with other living beings, a capacity for compassion and empathy.
Knowledge of the soul, cognition of the process of interrelation of the living beings and the Lord lie beyond the capacity of the human mind. The soul is an inalienable property of life, and it can not exist after cessation of life. Therefore talking about the immortality of the soul is meaningless. We cannot know are there traces, imprints of our lives beyond our physical world. Any reasoning about it will be baseless. But we could believe and hope.
I believe that the Lord can preserve image, feelings, and all that constitutes identity of those who were near and dear to us, and who have completed their earthly journey before we did. Not only of human beings but also of all living beings. I believe that the Lord can preserve images of deceased beings at least as long as on the earth remain those who fondly remembers them. I believe that we can mentally address them. Then our message will be perceived by the Lord as though it had been taken, comprehended, felt and passed to him by our dear and loved ones who died before us.
6. The character of relations between man and the Lord is not determined by the presence or absence of faith in the Lord in man. Man’s constant communication with the Lord does not take place at the level of consciousness and for such communication does not matter whether a man believes in the Lord. For such communication it is not required to think about the Lord, and it is not required thinking at all. A good man who is in an unconscious state and therefore is unable to believe in the Lord is not less dear to the Lord than the same man who is fully conscious. Man's faith matters to the Lord to the extent it determines the life of this man and his actions.
Time of the acquisition of faith, as a rule, cannot be accurately determined. The acquisition of faith is a gradual process and might have been repeated. Faith can grow, weaken and disappear. Every believer has his own starting point in the process of the acquisition of faith.
A sense of community with other people and other living beings, compassion, attraction to and love for other people and other living beings, the awareness of the beauty and harmony of the world around us, other people’s authority, evidence, experience, and example may be at the beginning of the process.
Faith guides the life of man, helps him do the good deeds and actions pleasing to the Lord. Faith in the Lord means not only confidence in his existence, but also the willingness to keep the commandments of the Lord, to devote life for achievement of the goals of the Lord.
Faith in the Lord can manifest itself in different forms. Each existing religion suggests to a believing man its own form of worship. Whatever may be the form of worship, it does not really matter. Religious doctrine by itself does not matter to the Lord. What matters for the Lord is not theory, but practice. Of course, man who believing in the Lord may not belong to any of the existing religions.
Man cannot believe in the Lord and not love him. One who believes in the Lord cannot be his adversary. Cruel man who hates other people, other living creatures cannot believe in the Lord. Mistaken is one who commits cruelty and violence in the name of faith, for the purposes of the Lord. The Lord Almighty does not need the services of such a helper. Actually, such a person has no faith in the Lord, and that in what he believes is not the Lord.
Spiritual enlightenment of man affects the relationship between him and the Lord. The essence of spiritual enlightenment is that at some moment man begins to realize as unquestionable reality his personal relationship with the Lord, his contiguity with the Lord. As a result of spiritual enlightenment man's relation to the Lord becomes personal. Spiritual enlightenment is the result of a mystical experience in which communion with the Lord spreads in the area of consciousness. As a result of this experience the man becomes aware that the Lord spoke to him personally, met him, and touched him. Meeting with the creator causes in man reassessment of values, he revises the meaning of his life. Spiritual enlightenment gives man faith of extraordinary strength. It is with that faith comes the greatest happiness is available to man. That kind of faith gives man the ability to overcome all obstacles in the name of the Lord.
Not every man is going through spiritual enlightenment. Many good, kind people believing in the Lord will never experience it. It is hardly possible to answer the question about why the mystical experience necessary for spiritual enlightenment to occur in a particular person. It is not excluded that someone has to experience severe and prolonged exertion of all the vital forces, to live for a time in difficult conditions around other people, other living beings, feeling some connection with them, to abandon one’s self-centeredness, to experience the desperate need for the Lord's help. It is not excluded that a communion with and a touch of the Lord may occur as his gift and grace. It is not excluded that by the intention and choice of the Lord a man who have been experienced spiritual enlightenment has to become an executor of the will of the Lord. In this case, spiritual enlightenment and a sense of connection with the Lord not only gives an incomparable happiness, but at the same time imposes a difficult burden of responsibility before the Lord. Man, having realized the need to do certain actions in the name of the Lord, dedicate his life to achieve the objectives of the Lord in our world.
Many modern people in democratic countries live relatively safe and well, they rarely find themselves on the edge of life, they have access to medical care, they are protected by law, society helps them financially, they are complacent and indifferent, do not think about the suffering of other people and other living beings, they do not have good reasons to apply to the Lord. These people are not going through spiritual enlightenment, and faith in the Lord can be found among them less and less often.
7. Strong faith may not always arise out of religious education, from the observance of religious rituals. In the course of religious instruction one can firmly grasp the foundation of morality and ethics, and thus lay the foundation for the subsequent acquisition of faith.
Forced and compulsory study of religious dogmas and practices in the unbeliever can give rise to a contempt for religion and religious people, the hypocrisy. So introduce to religion should only those people who are experiencing internal attraction to the Lord, and only as long as this attraction in them remains. For parents who want their children to know the happiness of faith in the Lord, it is necessary, first of all, to raise their children as moral, kind, helpful individuals, to cultivate their capacity for compassion and empathy. As a result, the children’s soul’s relationship with the Lord will grow stronger and the moment of their coming to faith will approach.
8. People faithful to the Lord are rare among intellectuals in modern society. People with good mental capacity and engaged in mental labor, as a rule, satisfied with their lives, they succeed, they have everything need for a well-fed and pleasure-filled life. There are no social and class limitations in modern society for them, many of them belong to the elite of society. They have no reason to seek the help of the Lord. They achieve all by themselves. They are sure that they can be happy without faith in the Lord. Their conscience rarely wakes up and they have almost no compassion for others. They are selfish. They help only those from whom they themselves may require help. They do not need a faith that can awaken their slumbering conscience and thus cause emotional discomfort. Resisting the beneficial effects of the Lord upon them, they deliberately suppress their sense of community with other people and other living beings. For this purpose they assure themselves in their exclusivity. Sometimes they proudly flaunt their lack of faith, trying to get other people to imitate them in this. A large part of intellectuals, having lost characteristic moral qualities, have ceased to be an example and mentor of the people and, vice versa, have become a hotbed of immorality, corruption in the broad sense, capitulation to evil. Such intellectuals produce and raise offspring exposed to the risk of moral degradation.
9. The Lord loves all living beings without exception. For the Lord all the inhabitants of the planet Earth - the one family. He loves all equally. Lord's love for a blade of grass and a small beetle is no less than the Lord's love to the big elephant or a man. The Lord gave the soul to all living beings, so they are all equally related to the Lord. All living beings have equal value to the Lord, equally dear to him.
10. By the will of the Lord, man is the most capable and most intelligent member of the large family, inhabiting the Earth. The Lord throughout the history supports man and helps him. But nevertheless, the aim of the creation is not man, but life in general, in all its diversity. Human interests, though important to the Lord, but do not take precedence over the interests of other living beings. The Lord has never taken upon himself the duty to care for humankind to a greater degree than he takes care for other living beings. The opposite statement harbors a naive delusion of man.
Only after the rejection of the anthropocentric model of the universe can be solved the philosophical problem of good and evil. Having realized that man is not the only son of the Lord, that next to us on the planet Earth live innumerable other living beings, which are the same children of the Lord as human beings are, we shall understand that there is no problem of theodicy. The Lord, our merciful creator, is not guilty of anything and we need not to seek for justification for him.
11. The Lord created man in order that he cared about other living beings and helped them. This is the higher purpose of man, given to him by the Lord and his only principal difference from other living beings. That is why the Lord has endowed man with many outstanding capacities, including an outstanding capacity for compassion and empathy. The Lord does not limit the freedom of living beings.
In the community of living beings place of any being is defined not by the Lord, but by the free development of life on the planet Earth. None of the living beings exists in order to be a means for achieving some purpose. Therefore, the destiny of man, defined by the LORD, is an offer to mankind, which any man can refuse and continue to live as other living beings live. Then for the Lord he would not principally be different from other living beings.
I believe and hope that mankind will be able to realize its destiny and willingly will assume duties of a guardian and protector of all living beings on the planet Earth. I believe and hope that mankind will cease to be genus of predators and cruel tyrants in relation to other living beings and will become a kind of servants and assistants to other living beings. Outstanding abilities that God has given to man will be used for its true purpose.
12. Our souls connect us to a merciful Lord and we appeal to him for help. There is no need to apply to the Lord according a particular procedure or through intermediaries. We can speak directly to the Lord mentally, using any words and in any place, and he hears us. We can refer to him in the churches, saying the ritual prayers. We can contact him not directly, but through those who are dear to us and died before us. No matter how we address the Lord, he always hears us. The Lord helps us not only when we turn to him through prayer. The Lord is always connected with each man, as he is always connected with all other living beings, which are incapable of consciously appealing for the Lord. So he knows our needs before our prayers, as he knows the needs of all other living beings, which cannot turn to him through prayer.
13. We have to remember that the Lord takes care of countless living beings, which all are equally dear to him. So it is pointless and useless to ask the Lord about something that could cause harm to other living beings, to ask for special benefits and advantages over others.
14. Compassion and empathy generate in man the desire to help, to do good deeds. By doing good deeds towards people and other living beings, man carries out his assignment given to him by the Lord. Man who believes in the Lord certainly doing good deeds according to his strength and capabilities.
15. Does not fulfill his purpose the man who observes a religious ritual, eats poorly, lives a hermit life, renounces worldly pleasures, always turns to the Lord, but does not do good deeds to people and other living beings. The Lord is happy with a man who performs good deeds, helps other living beings, even if this man does not know about his connection with the Lord and does not think about the Lord.
16. The Lord does not establish the rules of behavior for man. The Lord does not compel us to anything. Observance of moral norms is the result of our free choice. Man himself discovers what in him and in the people around him is good and what is evil. Inborn connection with the Lord, and through him with all other living beings, gives rise within us, the inhabitants of planet Earth, to a sense of community, capacity for compassion and empathy. That is why people are able to understand what is good and what is evil, recognize and adopt for themselves moral standards.
The motivation for moral behavior can appear in a man regardless of the presence of faith in the Lord. A man can live a moral life never have found faith in the Lord. Man can become a moral man before he gains faith in the Lord or simultaneously with the acquisition of the faith. A man cannot simultaneously be immoral and believe in the Lord. Maybe he loses faith when ceases to be a moral man. If an immoral man believes in something, it is not the Lord.
Acquisition of faith in the Lord strengthens a man's susceptibility to the beneficial effects of the Lord. Faith strengthens in man what is called power of the spirit. A spiritually strong man is able to adhere to his moral principles and defend freedom and justice in the most difficult conditions, even when it can lead to his death.
Composition of rules of behavior is greatly influenced by the conditions of life, the condition of society in which people live. The rules of moral conduct are contained in religious teachings in the form of religious precepts. Moral standards were formulated also outside of religious doctrines.
Almost all of the commandments in the form in which they appear in various religious doctrines are reasonable and useful. Those rules which are hostile to other people and other living beings may not be taken into account. Sometimes religious texts speak of violent and immoral acts allegedly committed with the knowledge of the Lord, or even at his command. All these stories are fiction. The Lord never, under any circumstances, will encourage a man to commit violent and immoral acts. Therefore, if anyone would think that he have got a choice either to fulfill God's command and commit violent and immoral act, or act against the will of the Lord, he must remember that such a choice is imaginary and false. Always and in all cases it is necessary to act according to conscience, in accordance with moral norms, and never such a choice will differ with the will of the Lord.
Every man realizes on his own and accepts for himself the moral standards. Оf many possible rules I have chosen these ones.

17. In our world there is no evil except that which people make. Evil can be committed by people who do not believe in the Lord and those who believe in him. There are many factors, among them strong emotions and suffering that could lead to the fact that the believing man will cease to feel his connection with the Lord, will temporarily lose his faith without noticing it. Believers who in reality or just mentally committing evil for the time being have forgotten the Lord. With the return of faith repentance and awareness of unrighteousness of their deeds or thoughts should come to them.
Will a divine retribution be given to us for our wicked deeds, for the evil which we have done? The Lord does not look at the evil committed by us calmly and serenely. But the Lord does not judge or punish us for our sins. He is our merciful creator, he is not a judge and is not a tormentor. The Lord does not help people who commit evil acts. Protecting people and other living beings, the Lord puts limits to evil which we have done. The Lord helps people struggling with evil. Therefore evil that we commit will not last forever. Doomed to oblivion, evil people leave, evil empires crumble. They cannot inflict upon our world a wound which could not be healed by the Lord.
Committing evil deeds, we renounce the Lord and punish ourselves. We hinders our communication with the Lord, do not get help from him. We deprive ourselves of the joy and happiness. We are left one on one with material world around us, we will remain at the mercy of the vagaries of chance and fate. Grace of the Lord comes back to the man who has repented of the evil committed by him, brushed away evil thoughts and tries to do good deeds.
18. Man takes drugs, including alcohol, so that under the influence of drugs to forget about the problems and difficulties of life, stifle remorse, to reach a state of joy. This behavior is immoral and unworthy of man. Using the drugs, man obstructs his communication with the Lord. In using drugs, people shy away from achieving the goals of human life. Chronic use of any drug leads to the inevitable spiritual and physical degradation, it is a slow suicide. Alcohol - a widespread drug authorized for use in almost all societies. Alcohol substitutes for conscience, reason, faith in the Lord not only in individuals but in entire nations and bringing them to the gradual death and disappearance. Anti-democratic regime can deliberately encourage people to alcoholism, so trying to spiritually corrupt people and avert a social protest. Many people cannot voluntarily stop using alcohol. For them, alcohol is fatal and they do not have to drink alcohol at all. Strong-willed people, drinking alcohol moderately, and for whom it does not do significant harm, should understand that by their example they legalize the use of alcohol and open the way for spiritual and physical degradation of their weaker brethren. The use of all narcotic substances, including alcohol, should be prohibited, with the exception of the use of narcotic substances in medical practice.
19. Man has always felt himself to be not wholly belonged to the material world. Throughout his history he has created the religious teachings and founded churches. All religious beliefs of a person deserve respect. Religious teachings and churches would get more respect if they were taken into account and corrected both past and present deficiencies of religious practice.
20. Every existing religion is characterized by a religious ritual which is a set of physical actions, movements, recitation of verbal formulas. Occasionally the religious ritual is taken for faith in the Lord. It sometimes happens that religious ministers deliberately substitute religious ritual for faith. For these ministers, in the first place, it is important to observe the ritualistic rules, including the provision by the parishioners of their churches material and monetary values for the sustenance of religious organizations.
For the Lord does not matter particular religious rituals. Repugnant to the Lord are claims of churches and religious teachings for the possession of knowledge of the true and correct religious rituals. Ritual in itself is not important for the Lord, but may be important meaning, which a man puts in performing religious ritual. As a rule, there is nothing wrong in observance of religious ritual, of the regulations established by the churches. Its observance is beneficial, since, in particular, it allows a kind and good people to communicate within the church organizations, to work together for good works that are pleasing to the Lord.
It is important to go beyond formal observance of the ritual. To be pleasing to the Lord, we must take concrete good actions in relation to other living beings, to live a moral and good life.
21. The Lord is merciful. Repentant and spiritually reborn sinner can hope for forgiveness and the Lord's help. Kind and good man forgive his offender, he may ask the Lord to forgive his offender, but he can not give offender forgiveness on behalf of the Lord. Those religious leaders who are trying to forgive sins in the name of the Lord, show excessive arrogance.
Let’s assume that the hypocritical minister of the church, which is subordinate to oppressive state, regularly accept confession and forgive in the name of the Lord the executioner. The executioner, after each absolution, received in the name of the Lord, continues to kill and torture. Such a hypocritical minister of the church is an accomplice of crimes and not better than executioner himself.
22. In some cases, religious figures are calling for violence against those whom they call the heretics, apostates and also towards people who are in favor of freedom of conscience, freedom of religion. It happens that religious organizations which are in the service of despotic state proclaim the people calling for liberation from tyranny, protesting against slavery and social injustice, fighting for freedom as enemies of the Lord. Religious ministers had participated in the killings and massacres, sanctifying with the authority of religion horrible crimes. They blessed not only the executioners themselves but also whips, sticks, instruments of torture and murder before the executions.
23. Ancient function of priestly estate, which some religious organizations continue to perform so far, is the justification of social injustice and ideological protection of despotic government. There is no such crime committed in order to preserve and strengthen the state system, which these religious organizations would not be prepared to justify, or at least not to notice and to hush up.
24. A long-standing social function of some religious organizations is creating a barrier to a person on the way to the Lord. The Lord gives strength to people in the struggle for goodness and justice. The most brutal tortures and executions cannot frighten, stop, bring into submission to evil sincerely religious people, on whose side is the Lord. So those in power created religious organizations in order to put under their control human communications with the Lord, to deprive ordinary people of direct communication with the Lord and leave the honest and decent people without the support of the Lord. A man comes into a religious organization, where he is being convinced that faith in the Lord consist in compliance with the rituals. In some religious organizations a man sees hypocrisy, bigotry, vices of priests themselves and their environment. As a result a man turned away from religion, is no longer attracted to the faith and stop to seek the Lord.
25. Killing of living beings in the commission of an ritual is the unnatural act and an affront to merciful Lord. Such acts should be prohibited by force of international law.
26. Man is part of the world. The world existed in the past before the emergence of man within it. The world exists objectively and apart from man. God has endowed man with reason and the ability to know the world. Within our world for human knowledge there are no obstacles. For man is open all what he is able to perceive and understand using the physical and mental abilities the Lord granted to him. By observing and studying the surrounding world, a person is trying to understand its structure, to use the opportunities and resources of nature for human development.
Scientists have rendered great services to humanity. Scientific advances have changed the way of life, enabled people to escape from the struggle for physical survival, freeing time and energy for spiritual development.
Throughout human history, occurred a continuous increase in knowledge about the world and about ourselves. The free and unfettered development of science corresponds to the will of the Lord. No scientific conclusions, hypotheses, theories can be banned. Pleasing to the Lord are those scientific theories and scientists who have refuted the outdated assertions about the structure of the world, its origins and development contained in religious doctrines. For the Lord nothing is more important and more valuable than scientific honesty, integrity of the scientist, his devotion to truth, however he understands it.
27. The era of the last great scientific revolution of the late 19th - early 20th century has long passed into history. At present time in different countries unhurriedly and methodically work hundreds of thousands of scientists: experimentalists and theorists. At the disposal of scientists there are vast resources, complex and expensive machinery and equipment for making observations, experiments and analysis of the results.
Scientists became aware of their commonality, communities of scientists gained in many respects autonomous status, there emerged a worldwide scientific community, which has cross-border, supranational character. Scientists have become part of establishment, social elite. Large editions of the books come out, popularizing the achievements of modern science, films are shot about scientists and their successes, information on public interest matters of development of science are widely represented on the Internet.
On the triumphal procession of science in all its areas brilliant and eloquent scientists around the world are reading lectures, scientists with literary talent are writing bestsellers, with a smile and great sense of humor casually informing the public about the existence of some yet unsolved scientific problems. Such lectures and books are like lectures and books using as tools in conducting propaganda campaigns in the anti-democratic states. The purpose of these campaigns is to prove the absence of crises, to convincingly demonstrate to people a constant ongoing development, the presence of achievements, even more splendid prospects for the future.
Material well-being of science and scientists, bureaucratization, and the monopolization of science led to a spiritual discord, a crisis of morality. Beneath democratic and progressive exterior may be hiding the scientific conservatism and opportunism. Some of the scientific communities became a closed caste. The sworn persons are allowed inside these communities for whom belonging to the community, faithfulness to its interests are more important than the truth. It is possible that mainstream scientific theories are preserved at all costs, because the rejection of the dominant theory in a particular field of science may mean the loss of specific academic qualifications, the need to be retrained, decline in social status, reduction of income for thousands of scientists. Therefore, critics questioning the reliability of the generally accepted scientific theories can become outcasts, doomed to professional isolation and deprived the right for profession.
Sometimes the experiments are being conducted for the sole purpose of confirming of theoretical conclusions. The results of research and experimentation contradicting or not confirming the prevailing theory are not noticed, discarded, ignored. The experiment is originally designed, arranged under the theory. In such experiments, only those phenomena are studied that are interesting and promising for confirmation of the theory. The field of scientific inquiry artificially narrowed. The whole range of natural phenomena not being studied. The likelihood of new discoveries dramatically reduces.
Theorists and experimentalists support each other. Access to the results of the experiments can be difficult for theorists that is not closely associated with the experimentalists, not integrated into the system of the scientific community, for all who can use those results to criticize prevailing theories. Because of the monopolization of science the appearance of the great scientists of the level of Newton, Einstein and Bohr has become unlikely. In order to become a great scientist, one must not only possess exceptional mental ability, a great interest in science, a strong will and diligence, but must also have the highest integrity, adherence to moral principles, enduring spirituality. Materialistic earthiness, inability to self-restraint, lack of moral qualities make it difficult for young talented scientists to move along the path of Newton, Einstein and Bohr.
Modern science is characterized by a high degree of monopolization. Scientific publications, the departments of universities, research centers are largely controlled by the proponents of the prevailing scientific theories. In many branches of science there is no competition of scientific theories. Scientific, and therefore deserving of attention and allocation of resources, is recognized only a theory which corresponds to the views and interests of the majority of leading scientists. It would be logical to assume that in most cases the scientists recognize as scientific only the theory, within which there is the possibility of continuing the scientific work of existing collectives of scientists.
Of course, it is not necessarily to maintain a controversial scientific theory until the creation of a new, more successful theory. It is much more useful and honest to acknowledge the absence of a satisfactory scientific theory in some field of science. Activities aimed only to refute the current theory and not having the aim of the simultaneous creation of a new theory are quite scientific and worthy of support. Science in the past had been able to abandon the concepts of phlogiston and ether, having recognized the fallacy of the relevant scientific theories. Scientific theories are always, sooner or later refuted. Modern scientific theories can not be an exception to this rule. Would modern science be able to recognize that its leading theories, for example, the quark model or the theory of black holes do not correspond the experimental and observational data, and therefore are wrong? It seems that under conditions of monopolization of science, there can not be made such discoveries, which could lead to the recognition of the leading scientific ideas as wrong and to abandon outdated scientific concepts and theories.
Under conditions of monopolization of science, scientific achievements, as a rule, reduced to parameter refinement and constant value clarification in the theoretical formulas. Any newly discovered natural phenomenon often only leads to addition to the formula new values, to the modification of the theory, but not to abandoning it.
In the past, the phasing out of erroneous scientific theories was accompanied by a natural process of aging and retirement of scientists - the adherents of outdated scientific theories. In the present circumstances, when science became a collective enterprise, proponents of erroneous scientific theories can be endlessly reproduced in the depths of scientific collectives.
Overcoming the monopoly in the field of science requires the intervention of public power. Society should influence on the scientific communities to provide activities and ensure the rights of scientists who disagree with the dominant scientific theories. Some of the facilities and resources allocated by the government and society for the development of fundamental researches should be reserved for use by scientists, criticizing prevalent scientific theories. Allocation of these funds and resources at the disposal of concrete scientists in order to enable them to carry out research and experiments according to their own programs, to publish the results of researches and experimentation would take place on a competitive basis by the decisions of commissions consisting of scientists, philosophers, public figures.
One of the key subjects of the public education system should become the education subject, whose essence consists in the criticism of accepted scientific theories, both modern and theories of the past. The main purposes of teaching this education subject will be the destruction of the pseudo-scientific dogmas and propaganda stereotypes about the infallibility of scientific theories, exposing the myths created by unscrupulous priests of science.
One of the most effective means of social influence on science is the legal establishment of a regime of openness of all scientific information resulting from fundamental researches. Government and public organizations which finance fundamental researches should require the broadest possible publication of the results of experiments and researches, unlimited access for all who wish to study them. It is possible that in this case, somewhere outside the formal academic world, there exists a brilliant thinker who, having studied the results of scientific experiments and researches, will be able to interpret them in a new way and to formulate a convincing scientific theory. Of course, the name of that thinker does not necessarily have to be Einstein, and he does not have to be an employee of the Patent Office.
28. The limits of scientific knowledge correspond to the limits of the Universe around us. Scientific knowledge can not go beyond it. Therefore, any assumptions and hypotheses about what is outside the Universe are unscientific, but have a right to exist. The object of scientific knowledge cannot be the Lord, who is not part of the Universe. Any attempts to prove or disprove the existence of the Lord using scientific methods can not be successful.
Any statements about the causes of the emergence of the Universe are not scientific. The assertion that the Universe came into existence by the will of the Lord, the claim that the Universe originated in the Super-Universe as a result of quantum fluctuations, the claim that the Universe originated in the one hundred and first dimension and since then rests on three elephants standing on a giant turtle floating in the vast ocean, may be preferred for the representatives of different social groups. The point of view of quantum fluctuations in the super-universe might like to representatives of the scientific community of physicists, the point of view of a giant turtle could be cute for students. However, all such statements have the same status, they all are not scientific because they, in principle, cannot be confirmed or refuted by any scientifically correct method.
Scientist’s rejection of the scientific methodology, attempts to create metaphysical theories, even saturated with scientific or pseudo-scientific terminology, modern and sophisticated mathematical techniques, may lead to the fact that the scientist will cease to be scientist and become a metaphysician. However, any metaphysical interpretation of scientific results is quite possible and acceptable beyond the scientific sphere within the framework of philosophical and religious theories and doctrines.
29. None of scientific methods can prove that the Universe was created by the Lord. It is impossible to establish a scientific theory of intelligent design. However, it is quite possible to prove that the probability of occurrence of the state of the Universe that we observe, with all its phenomena, including life on planet Earth, during a limited time which has elapsed since the emergence of the Universe, as a result of spontaneous evolution, is extremely small. This scientific result could be comprehended, and from it conclusions can be made.
In any case, scientists should continue scientific search for yet unknown properties and phenomena of the world around us, to find new laws of development of matter, establish and improve the scientific theories that explain the development of the surrounding world. Scientific quest never stops. Science can never reach the limits in search of the foundations of the Universe. To the boundaries of the Universe and to the lowest levels of the structure of the world, to the smallest particles of matter existing in the smallest interval of time, there will always be far away. There are no absolutely simple, elementary particles of matter. In the study of any particle of matter it is always proves that this particle is the result of the energy interaction of other particles, the transformation of matter into energy and energy into matter. Various elements of matter are more or less stable states of energy.
The most important areas of science that can significantly affect the outlook of modern man are cosmology, particle physics, geophysics, biophysics, neuroscience. In these scientific fields the human mind can realize the improbability and implausibility of materialistic theories of the origin and development of the phenomena of the surrounding world, the infinite complexity and unknowability of the final plan and ways of the Lord, who created the world around us.
30. Our world, the Universe, has a beginning. Current scientific knowledge allow to suggest that the Lord created our universe about 14 billion years ago. The purpose of the existence of the Universe is the creation of conditions for life.
31. Attempts to create a scientific model of the Universe from its inception to the present time which based on the known laws of nature lead to the conclusion of an extremely small, just a tiny, probability of natural, accidental occurrence of the state of the Universe, which exists today. Universe evolves according to the laws that the Lord commanded. Laws of nature may change over time by the Lord. It is likely that they changed in the past and will change in the future as many times as it was and will be needed by the Lord. Therefore, it is hardly possible to create a scientific model of the Universe from its inception to the present, which based on the laws of nature known and existing at the present time.
Perhaps a successful scientific model would suggest the existence of separate stages of development of the Universe with the laws of nature relevant to these stages.
32. Nowhere in the universe, without the participation of the Lord, the Earth - a wonderful planet in a wonderful star system - could not occur in a natural way. But the Lord on his own will can create in the Universe a countless number of planets suitable for life. Therefore, in the universe may be as many habitable worlds, as pleases the Lord. Maybe in the Universe there is only one planet with living creatures, may be - a huge quantity.
33. For the inhabitants of the Earth question of the existence of other inhabited worlds in the Universe does not matter, as the Earth and its inhabitants never meet with extraterrestrial beings, even if they exist. Moreover, never man finds any traces and manifestations of life beyond the Earth. It is not worth to be surprised and upset. After all, the interaction of living beings from different planets cannot provide anything for life on those planets that the Lord himself could not give to life on a single planet. Certainly we cannot be aware of the ways of the Lord but it can be assumed that the possibility of communicating between living beings from different planets, if they exist, from the point of view of a single creator of our Universe should appear meaningless. The Earth will forever remain for all of its inhabitants the only home, the home that we all need to protect.
34. Earth formed 4.5 billion years ago. It was created not too early or too late. It was created when in our Universe an environment necessary for the creation of the planet and life on it has developed, including creating and accumulating the necessary materials.
The Lord created the Earth for life. Earth is not just congestion of matter, but a unique material body, the physical processes of which are subject to the purpose of maintenance of life
35. The Lord created life on Earth. The first inhabitants of the planet Earth were small single-celled creatures. The very first, very small living creature was so complexly and wonderfully arranged that its very existence testifies to the wisdom and omnipotence of the Lord, the creator and father of all living beings. The Lord set the broadest opportunities for the development of life on Earth in the genetic code of a single-celled creature, in the mechanism for changing and inheriting this code.
Life of small living beings on Earth began soon after the emergence of the planet in very difficult conditions. In accordance with the plan of God, the little living beings survived, multiplied, changed themselves and transformed the surface and atmosphere of the planet Earth, improved conditions of life on Earth. Today as well as billions years ago, on our planet lives untold number of these small beings, our ancestors, the real masters of our common home - planet Earth.
According to the plan of the Lord, under the influence of environmental factors living beings have been changing and evolving. In the last half a billion years a huge number of new small and large beings have appeared on Earth. The development of life on Earth is mainly happening in a natural way, without the intervention of the Lord. In the course of evolution many kinds of living beings have risen, and many species have died. The Lord did not predetermine emergence of species of living beings or their living conditions or their death. The Lord, in accordance with his plan, at key moments of the natural evolution of life on Earth supported one or another living creature, newly formed or acquired new characteristics and properties.
During the development of life human being originated. With the Lord's help man separated himself from other animals and developed the abilities significantly distinguish him from other living beings. Many of the wonderful events of the evolutionary process that occurred as a result of the impact of the Lord, can never be explained in terms of the scientific theory of evolution of life on Earth. For science it is sufficient to recognize the existence of inexplicable facts in the evolutionary process, not hide them with lies.
36. The natural environment of the planet Earth will not exist forever. The time will come when the amount of solar radiation will increase to such an extent that it will destroy environment existing on the Earth. The existence of life in today's complex and its various forms on the surface of the Earth will be impossible. We can say that living beings on the Earth have already lived most of their time allotted by the Lord.
37. The Lord protects life on Earth from global natural disaster. So, for example, there is no need to fear falling to the earth large celestial objects that can completely destroy life on our planet.
38. Today, the man himself is a threat to life on planet Earth. Existing large human population creates unbearable burden on our planet. As a result, rapidly depleted the resources of the planet, wildlife disappears. Humanity in the near future will not be able to completely abandon the use of technologies potentially dangerous for living nature. But the economic activity and industrial development should be carried out in strict compliance with rules and regulations of environmental safety, which must be constantly reviewed in the direction of tightening. Particularly stringent safety requirements must be observed during the development of nuclear energy.
Voluntary renunciation of the use and, consequently, the production of luxury goods could reduce burden on the planet. The use of expensive cars, private yachts and planes, luxury residences in conditions of exhaustion of the planet’s resources is immoral. In the future, as a result of voluntary birth control will gradually decline the human population of planet Earth to the optimum level. The use of non-renewable raw materials and energy resources, fresh water will be carried out in the interests of all humanity and all life on Earth, under international supervision.
People will be able to live in a limited number of cities each of which with a large number of residents, but geographically compact. Outside the cities, some areas of the planet can additionally be used to grow crops, for production of food, raw materials and energy resources, for transportation links and communication. In that case there would not be the permanent settlements of people outside the big cities.
In the rest of the planet Earth for all animals and plants will be provided free natural development.
39. Plants are the foundation of life on planet Earth. Forests provide habitat for huge number of animals. Man has caused very great damage to plants. Today many areas of the planet lost vegetation, turned into a desert or semi desert. Destruction of plants resulted in the deaths of multitude of animals and threatens the existence of the remaining animals. Restoration and preservation of forest cover in a substantial part of the territory of the Earth is one of the most important tasks of man.
40. Remaining on the planet the largest forest areas, especially the big saturated with vegetation ecosystems in the equatorial regions, should be removed from the jurisdiction of the existing nation-state and placed under the jurisdiction of an international body acting in the interests of all mankind. From these places are to be evacuated settlements and there should be discontinued business activities. Living and farming in these areas may be allowed only to certain groups of aboriginal people with limitation of economic activities and the tools of farming, hunting and fishing.
To restore the lost vegetation throughout the world constant planting, especially trees, should be undertaken. Planting trees and other plants, care for them will be for man not only one of the most important tasks of saving and preservation of life on Earth, but also a form of service to the Lord.
41. Antarctica, the adjacent coastal shelf and surrounding sea areas, the entire Arctic Ocean, from the North Pole to the continental shelf, should be placed under international jurisdiction. These spaces should become a protected area where any economic activity is prohibited.
42. In today's world hunting is almost always killing for pleasure. Hunting for fun is one of the most horrific crimes of man. Killing living beings for pleasure of hunter must be stopped. Hunting for all species of wild animals on the land surface for commercial purposes must be completely stopped. A few tribes which live isolated can continue hunting but only with the use of traditional primitive tools, and only if such hunting is a means of maintaining their lives and do not cause irreparable damage to the natural environment.
43. Extraction of fish and other marine species should be sharply reduced. Fishing in the seas, rivers and lakes should be regulated by international law. Only such a fishing is permissible which does not cause irreparable harm to life in water. The catching of whales and dolphins should be completely stopped and considered a serious crime against life.
44. To perform police functions for the protection of wildlife and monitoring compliance with the relevant international law should be established a special international force.
45. Nature gives man the possibilities to refuse the use of animals for food. Food of animal origin should be gradually replaced by plant based food. In the future humankind will be able to completely abandon the use of foods of animal origin.
46. During the transition period it is necessary to dramatically reduce a variety of edible animals, give up eating exotic and all not essential to the diet animals. By legislation at the international level should be established a limited list of animals that can be used by people for food during the transition period.
47. Conditions of keeping and procedure of handling of animals, which temporarily will continue to be used for food, should be established by international law. Should not be allowed hard and painful conditions of keeping and treatment of such animals. For animal species that temporarily will continue to be used for food by mankind, should be created favorable conditions for the existence of these species in the wild. At first, it may be special areas with protection regime. The animals which temporarily used by mankind for food must be respected. Respect and reverence for these animals should be brought up in a person from childhood.
48. Industrial use of body parts and skin of the farm animals that were killed for food may be permitted. In the near future mankind cannot renounce the use of wool of the animals that are bred for the collection of wool. However, deliberate breeding or hunting animals for industrial use of parts of their bodies and skin should be prohibited by international law.
49. Currently the use of animal fur in the manufacture of clothing is not a necessity for the most of humanity. Therefore, making and wearing clothing made from fur should be banned, except in cases when people live in the wild and in some regions with a particularly unfavorable cold climate.
50. The use of the work of animals is possible provided that such work is not painful and too hard. Work of animals should not lead to a rapid loss of working efficiency and cause irreparable harm to the health of working animals. Working and housing conditions, workload limits of working animals should be governed by international law. The working animals that have lost their working capacity and health should be handled with dignity until natural death.
51. Animals experience suffering and dying in the course of various studies and experiments carried out by man. Research and experimentation on animals is acceptable temporarily and solely for medical purposes. There should be adopted international laws governing the conditions and procedures for conducting medical research and experiments on animals. Such activities should be based on international licenses.
52. In the event of mass infectious diseases people not infrequently destroy a lot of animals, among which may be only a small number of truly infected animals that can transmit dangerous infections. Security considerations of humanity in many cases cannot justify such heinous acts. For example, with regard to the farm animals is almost always possible to survey the health of the animals, to identify a truly diseased and dangerous animals, to depart a sick animals from healthy, to establish, where appropriate, quarantine for a certain period. A more mild and gentle policy towards animals during the mass diseases may lead to additional costs, but economic considerations should not take precedence over moral norms.
53. Exploitation of animals in commercial entertainment facilities, such as in circuses, theaters of animals should be banned. The participation of the animals in performances, shows and similar events may be allowed only in order to obtain the funds needed to support life of the animals themselves.
54. The purpose of the existence of zoos should not be the entertainment of the public. The purpose of their existence should be the preservation of the life of living beings in a supportive environment. In zoos may be placed only those animals that would not be able to live and would die out of zoo. Zoos should exist only as a government or public non-profit organizations. Visitors to zoos should not fatigue the animals and cause harm to them. Conditions and procedure for keeping animals in zoos should be regulated by international law.
55. Man feels his close relationship with other living beings, he wants to live side by side, in harmony and peace with animals and plants. Modern urban man has pets, shares with them food and shelter without any economic, consumer need. Sometimes pets are true family members. Nothing so educates and has so beneficial effect on children as life with pet animals and taking care of them. Pet animals, home and garden plants produce in a person warm feelings to the surrounding living world and strengthen the sense of the unity of all life.
Pets must be protected from cruel treatment. Pet owner must be able to secure the rights of his animals to life, shelter and food in the event of his death by legal means.
56. For the stray animals that live in urban areas life is not easy. Stray dogs and cats should have the right to live freely and normally in an urban environment, they should not be rounded up, they should not be exterminated or expelled from the towns. In urban areas live birds that cannot survive without human help. The simplest good deed which is able to do any person is to give the birds a handful of bread crumbs.
Those urban animals that pose a threat to human life or themselves are in danger may be placed in shelters with decent living conditions. Killing animals that are placed in shelters on the grounds that there are no funds for keeping them should be prohibited by law. Currently many animal shelters are in fact prisons for animals. Most of the animals that placed in these shelters are subsequently to be destroyed.
Such treatment of animals should be considered as a serious crime.
57. No matter what sad feelings and angry were evoked by suffering caused by man to living beings, they should not lead to the retaliatory violence. Hatred directed against the murderers and torturers of animals is psychologically justified, but it is a manifestation of unbelief or weakening of faith in the Lord, in his strength, in his omniscience and omnipotence. The fight with crimes committed against wildlife must be conducted within the law. To violators should be applied the measures provided by law, as well as moral condemnation and other measures of social influence. Murderers and torturers of animals, those who destroy forests and vegetation, should everywhere and always be accompanied by moral condemnation.
Protection of wildlife requires concerted efforts of people of good will. In the world there are many social organizations which have the purpose to fight for the preservation of wildlife and for the rights of animals. But the biggest of these organizations are bureaucratic, have become a habitat for careerists and opportunists using the presence in these organizations as a source of income and a springboard for their public and political careers. These organizations conduct propaganda activities that promote their own members, but bring little benefit to the wildlife.
Any non-governmental organization whose main purpose is to protect nature should be politically neutral. People of different political persuasion can and should work together to protect wildlife. People can unite to help wildlife not on the basis of political beliefs, but from the desire of the heart.
Social activity for the protection of nature at street level is very important. To protect the individual trees, shrubs, a patch of grass from the destruction, to feed the stray dogs and cats, birds, to do any good deeds for animals and plants - all that will have a beneficial effect not only on the nature but also on the people themselves: it will raise their moral level, bring them together, give them the experience of public initiative and cooperation.
58. The fact that all the people living on the planet Earth today are descendants of one forefather and one foremother, though lived in the different times, several tens of thousands years ago, is a scientific fact, confirmed by the analysis of the human genetic code. All people in all lands of the Earth are close relatives and blood brothers and sisters.
59. Man and woman are created equal by the Lord. Whatever is permitted to man, permitted to woman, and whatever is not permitted to woman, is not permitted to man, and vice versa. Where a woman is oppressed and is subject to man, there is not fulfilled the will of the Lord.
People, states, religious teachings that support women's inequality, violate the will of the Lord. The right of man to have several wives at the same time being recognized by the state is humiliating for the women and reinforces gender inequality in society. Such polygamy should be prohibited by international law.
The establishment of the marriage of one man and one woman - the traditional family - as a privileged social institution was of great positive value in the course of development of human society. In such a family man learned to treat his mother, sister, wife, and daughter not only with love, but also with respect. Without that it would have been impossible to achieve the social equality of men and women in modern democratic society. The privileged social position of a family consisting of one man and one woman should be maintained at least in the foreseeable future. This is explained by the necessity to protect the social status of most women. Because otherwise, with the disappearance of the traditional family in combination with the development of genetic engineering and spread of the practice of surrogate motherhood, most women would be put at risk of being treated as inferior, redundant members of the human society.
Of course, individual's freedom to establish a sexual relationship by mutual agreement with an equal partner should not be restricted. Society shall not impose barriers to divorce on the basis of moral doctrines or religious teachings. Society shall not abandon support for unmarried parents raising children.
60. There are no natural barriers and divisions between different races and nations. All the differences between them are external and irrelevant. Skin color and other features of appearance are determined by the conditions of life, habitat. In relations between people differences in appearance do not matter. People should not stand apart from each other in everyday life because of the race or national characteristics. People of different races and nations should live together, enter into marriage with each other. Gradually, the external differences among people will be mitigated, as their living conditions will be similar.
61. Humanity is approaching the epoch when all nations will unite in a single free society based on the principles of humanistic western civilization. People around the world will inherit the spiritual traditions of this civilization, its high cultural achievements, at the same time bringing to a single society the best accomplishments of their own culture. Many people tend to move to more advanced and free countries. This resettlement process is natural and positive. Developed countries should not create insurmountable obstacles to the resettlement of the people from less developed countries. In developed countries as a result of decrease and ageing of population there arise danger of social and economic decline and gradual disappearance of the many centuries-old culture. Resettlement of migrants from other countries will give aging countries a new impetus to development.
The ability of new citizens to learn the language, culture and traditions of their new homeland should be a condition for granting the right to immigrate. There should not be allowed the existence of closed, culturally isolated communities of migrants. Those who want to live in free and developed countries belonging to western civilization, should be ready to accept the culture and traditions of those countries, so that their descendants could continue the path of freedom, goodness and justice.
The process of the globalization of the world economy has continued in recent decades. As a result, at the present time economic relations unite almost all countries of the world into a single global economy. On the whole this process can be called beneficial because it brings closer the achievement of an important goal - the unification of mankind. But in this process there are negative traits. In the developed countries production of industrial and agricultural products are reduced. Many manufacturing enterprises are liquidated or transferred to poor countries. Reducing production costs, rising earnings of owners of enterprises are achieved as a result of such transfer. Saving is provided by a reduction of wages, by the refusal to provide labor rights and social guarantees for workers, by the reduction of expenses for environmental protection. The people of the developed countries prefer to buy lower priced goods imported from the less developed, poorer countries, refusing to buy goods manufactured by their fellow countrymen.
Participation in the process of economic globalization of countries with very different levels of social development leads, on the one hand, to an increase in consumption of relatively cheap imported goods by the people of wealthy countries and, on the other hand, to the overexploitation of the workers in the less developed countries, to the pollution of land, water and air by the wastes of production, to the destruction of plants, the destruction of animal habitats. Authorities, the owners of capital, technocrats and professionals in the poor countries spend a larger part of the revenues from the export of cheap products or raw materials to meet their personal needs, imitate lifestyle of Western society by importing consumer goods, including luxury items. While one part of ordinary people in these countries are involved in the production and ruthlessly exploited, the other, after the destruction of the traditional social environment, are condemned to poverty and extinction.
The population of developed countries is gradually losing manufacturing skills, habit to work persistently, preferring to work in various offices without making significant physical and mental efforts. The peoples of the developed countries should not become social parasites prospering through the exploitation and plundering of their brethren, due to the destruction of nature in the less developed countries.
The Earth is our only home, and every corner of the earth must be no less dear to us than our own homeland. Every man, no matter where he lives, is our brother who has the right to work in the same conditions in which we work, to live just as well as we do. Developed democratic countries must create a new world trade organization. Countries which are not complied with the minimum standards of wages and working conditions, are not complied with the regulations of environmental protection may not be members of the organization. Investments in the development of production facilities in such countries should be restricted. The restrictions should also be imposed on imports of goods and raw materials from such countries. Countries developing manufacturing capacity without following the regulations of environmental protection cannot be provided with modern technical equipment which will be used for the destruction of the natural environment.
62. Reason for the existence of the Universe, planet Earth, living nature, mankind set by the Lord can open up, and the idea of the Lord could be realized only when all mankind will be free. Therefore, human freedom has world-wide, planetary significance and is important for the entire Universe. Only a free humanity united into a single democratic society will be able to stop the destruction of living nature, restore favorable conditions for the life of all creatures on planet Earth. The purpose of the development of human society throughout history was the acquisition of freedom by a person. Forms of social organization throughout human history evolved from despotism to greater and greater freedom. The struggle for freedom, the protection of freedom, the struggle against slavery and tyranny are duty of any person to the Lord. People who fight for freedom who given their life for it sacrifice themselves in the name of the Lord. A life given over in fighting against tyrants, torturers, slaughterers, enslavers is beautiful and meaningful.
63. The arrival of freedom can not be stopped, because the Lord is on the side of freedom. The Lord supports the fight against tyranny and slavery, including the revolutions, aimed at achieving freedom. All attempts of tyrants to turn the tide of history, to defeat democracy are doomed to failure. Tyrants and dictators are obstacles on the road laid by the Lord. Old religious assertion that the autocratic tyrants are selected and placed above people by the Lord is not true. Glorification and defense of the tyrants and oppressors of the people by religious figures is an act directed against the Lord. Servility to dictators is incompatible with serving the Lord.
64. Censorship and oppression of thought are unacceptable for the Lord. A person has the right openly, without any restrictions, to express his views on any issues. A person has the right freely to accept, to profess any faith, to abandon the faith and be an atheist, to move freely from one religion to another. Forceful imposition of standards of conduct established by religion is impermissible. Inquisition and the religious courts are impermissible. No one can decide, judge, impose penalties and enforcement in the name of the Lord. Atheism is not a threat to the Lord. Rather, atheism can be a problem for an atheist himself. Possible, though not obligatory, consequence of atheism can be a disorder of body and soul, weakening morality and ethics. Any individuals, organizations and states, constraining the freedom of conscience, establishing ideological or religious restrictions, violate the will of the Lord, have no future and will disappear according to the will of the Lord.
65. The peak of the evolution of forms of human society is a democratic system of modern countries belonging to European civilization, in which there is a separation of powers, the force of law is the supreme power, guaranteed the rights of not only the majority but also of the minority of the people. Not at all times and not for all people European civilization was fair and free.
Democratic thought and ideological freedom that emerged in ancient Europe, Christian morality, the Western legal tradition, information revolution due to the invention of printing technology, enlightenment of the people during 16th-18th centuries, the great popular revolutions of the late 18th century in America and France, came together and created a unique, precious social phenomenon. Political, economic, cultural, religious freedom in a democratic society is for all people and is the most solid and reliable foundation of a free life for every individual.
66. An integral feature of a democratic society is social justice, and a necessary function of a democratic state - helping sick, disabled, aged people, children of poor families, the unemployed, all the weak and poor people. All citizens should conscientiously pay the legally established taxes which provides the existence of a democratic state. The difference in income levels of citizens of a democratic society should not be too much. Citizens who receive particularly high incomes should pay higher taxes. In a democratic society must act labor laws guaranteeing workers' rights, excluding the arbitrariness of employers towards employees.
67. Model of a just and humane democratic polity are Anglo-Saxon countries, especially the United States and Great Britain. They have valuable experience of freedom and democracy and represent the pinnacle of human civilization. The majority of the peoples of the Anglo-Saxon countries are moral and honest. That is why the Lord helps, supports and strengthens them. The Lord will not turn away from them and nothing can destroy them, if the majority of these people do not lose morality and honesty. The United States and Great Britain in the past more than once saved humanity from tyranny and slavery. In today's world they are the bastion of goodness, justice, morality and humanity. The great freedom-loving peoples of these countries continue to courageously carry heavy responsibilities for the protection of peace and liberty of mankind. For all people, no matter in what country they live, the United States and Britain - the place where there is the heart of their liberty, the main fortress of all free people that should be strengthened and protected to the extent possible.
The free countries should establish between themselves close political and economic relations. The existing political and economic barriers between democratic countries should be gradually eliminated. Legal systems and political systems of various democratic countries should gradually converge. In different regions of the world should be formed alliances of democratic countries, member states of which would gradually transfer some of its functions and powers to supranational democratic authorities. In the future, as a result of natural political and
economic development, all democratic states and alliances of states will join together around the United States and Great Britain in a single, worldwide democratic state.
68. National minorities should be guaranteed the right to freely use their native language, to observe national cultural traditions. Compactly living ethnic groups should have the right to national self-determination, including the formation of an independent national state. People can not be deprived of the right of association, even if this association occurs on the basis of withering national characteristics. Perhaps, in order to overcome national prejudices and limitations, people need to undergo a separate national existence. The unification of all nations and peoples into a single world-wide free society can only be voluntary, without coercion and suppression of people's national identity. All peoples and nations living in conditions of freedom, gradually become aware of their closeness and unity and unite voluntarily into one nation, one nation of mankind.
69. Threats to democracy and freedom are born within the democratic society and also come from outside - from the anti-people regimes. The relative material well-being and low morale level may give rise to social apathy, indifference to processes taking place in society. Refusal to perform duties of a citizen of a democratic society, especially refusal to participate in elections of national state authorities and local self-government bodies is an immoral act. Refusing to carry out the responsibilities of citizenship, to make choices and decisions, the man betrays freedom, voluntarily waives the great gift of freedom given to him by the Lord.
70. Politicians intending to use democracy for their own selfish interests or to destroy it, with the help of social demagogy unite around themselves a less secure and less prosperous part of the population in order to rob a wealthy and prosperous minority. People that succumbed to temptation of enrichment at the expense of others and thus abandoned morality are under threat of the spiritual devastation, enslavement and poverty.
71. Democratic society and the state may crumble from within as a result of the actions of corrupt politicians, grafters and high-level thieves. The collapse of the democratic state can begin from deceiving people by politicians, intentional breach of their promises to the people. Political honesty and openness is very important for the preservation of democracy. There is no lie for the good, any lie publicly uttered by a politician turns into social evil. Politicians that with impunity demonstrate their immorality are destroying morality and ethics of the whole society, undermining the foundations of freedom and democracy.
72. The very example of the life of free people in the economically successful and politically stable democratic society is a threat to the anti-democratic states. Anti-democratic states engage in a struggle with democratic countries, arming itself, come together in alliances.
People of small countries often become the victims of their hostile actions. Anti-democratic regimes are trying to demoralize and intimidate people, create social tensions and undermine social stability and defense capability. They are sending to the democratic countries spies and saboteurs, terrorists, recruit corrupt politicians and public figures as agents of influence.
73. In a democratic society, there are government organizations, whose purpose is the protection of law, democracy and freedom from internal and external enemies. All actions of the state to protect law and order must be implemented within the framework of a democratic legal system. In relation to all persons suspected of committing crimes, should act presumption of innocence. People should be recognized as offenders and criminals only after carrying out all the necessary legal procedures. Model of justice for all peoples and nations is a legal system that exists in the United States. The fundamental basis of democratic justice is the jury trial, which should receive the widest possible dissemination throughout all democratic countries. Equality of all before the law is ensured by the uniformity of judicial practice, the uniformity in the interpretation and application of law by courts. Therefore, a great positive significance for the establishment of a democratic justice has a system of case law. Legal tools at the disposal of a democratic state, are often insufficient to counter criminal acts and terrorism. It is tempting to beat crime and terrorism, applying to criminals and terrorists their own means and methods. However, this is unacceptable, since it can lead to that the democratic state will win fight against crime and terrorism, but will cease to be democratic itself, and people will lose freedom. Police coercion as a means of combating crime should be applied strictly limited. Criminals sentenced to imprisonment should be kept in decent conditions, should not be subjected to cruel and degrading treatment. List of the rights of criminals sentenced to imprisonment should be set by international law. Any corporal punishments and tortures against whomsoever they used are crimes against humanity. The punishment of criminals should not be a revenge for their crimes. Cruel punishments in order to deter and intimidate potential criminals should not be used.
74. Important institution of a democratic state that protects people's freedom from the threat of aggressive anti-democratic regimes is the armed forces. Protection of freedom from external aggressors is a noble cause. People whose profession is to defend freedom by force of arms must be respected in society. Military power of free nations, their military superiority over potential aggressors is ensured not only by a superb morale and high conscious discipline of free citizens serving in the armed forces, but also by the superior quality of weapons which they possess. Reduction of the armed forces of the free world should not be made without regard to consequences for the security of all free countries. Under any conditions the reduction of armaments must not jeopardize the existence of democracy and freedom.
75. Army weapons should be produced only for the protection of the freedom from external aggression. Manufacture of weapons should be under public control. Arms manufacturers do not have to increase its production without a real need for defense, only to get the profits. There should be a ban on the export of weapons as well as technical means of state coercion to all anti-democratic states. Nuclear weapons and any other weapon of mass destruction with the strengthening of the security of free nations and the disappearance of the dictatorial anti-people regimes should be reduced, and in perspective - completely destroyed.
76. Government organizations for the protection of the rule of law, democracy and freedom from internal and external threats should receive broad public support to its operations. Without the support of the people the democratic state can not defeat internal crime, or to reflect external aggression. History shows that in democratic societies in the event of a serious external threat, always there are people, mostly among politicians, intellectual and business elite, that not inclined to take decisive action to repel the enemy, but ready for their own selfish interests and personal benefits to betray democracy and freedom. These people want to reach a compromise with the aggressor, hoping to stop a ruthless and purposeful enemy, making concessions and offerings to it. The worst of them agree on the abolition of democracy and the enslavement of the people.
77. Always the main defenders of democracy and freedom are not the representatives of the privileged social groups, but ordinary citizens.
Successfully meet the challenge of defending democracy and freedom, repel aggression is only possible if the common people take on the defense of liberty. It is extremely important to develop people's independent activity and the initiative to protect democracy and freedom, both from external and from internal enemies. People need to give rebuff to those who infringe on the democratic rule of law and freedom of the people, criminals, organized in clans and gangs, corrupt officials and bribe-takers, embezzling the public domain, to identify terrorists and agents of foreign anti-democratic states. The people's movement against crime, for the protection of democracy and freedom will be an effective complement to the actions of state agencies protecting the rule of law, democracy and freedom. The effective means of popular struggle can be widely publishing information about alleged crimes and offenses committed by public and government officials, wealthy people, professional criminals. Freedom of speech, the right of people to express their opinions about the government officials and public figures can not be limited by the norms of legislation designed to protect the privacy of people. Such laws should not protect from public criticism those who involved in government and public activities.
78. People all over the Earth, no matter what country they live in, should be guaranteed respect for their fundamental rights. It should be recognized at the international level that the sovereignty of nation-states does not apply to the area of fundamental rights of the human person as defined by international law.
79. The assertion that every nation deserves its government in many cases is fair. As a rule, there will not be immoral, brutal government for moral people. Any nation will be able to remove the oppressive government from power, if most people are moral, honest, good. In this instance the Lord will surely help such a nation to destroy the dictatorship. Therefore, the prerequisite and the most reliable means of achieving freedom is spreading the truth among the people and their moral perfectioning. In order to preserve itself anti-people regimes spiritually corrupt nations enslaved by them to make sure that moral people are in the minority. Nations that for a long time and in their majority living without morals and ethic are gradually dying out, and their countries disappear.
80. Help to enslaved peoples
Unfortunately, the enslaved people often do not have the energy and moral qualities sufficient for self-liberation from tyranny. As a rule, for liberation it is necessary that there must be the internal crisis of tyranny or help from outside, or both together. The peoples of the free world should help their enslaved brothers who are under the rule of the anti-popular regimes, all the people whose fundamental rights are systematically violated.
81. The main weapon for the liberation of enslaved nations is truth, as without it the moral revival of the people is impossible. It is therefore very important to provide for the possibility for the oppressed nation to receive accurate information about the situation inside the country and abroad. Free countries should set up for the enslaved nations radio and television broadcasting, print media for them, to use all types of electronic communications in order that to every enslaved nation came the truth about the world around and about the crimes of the despotic regime oppressing them.
History shows that a few words of truth which can be heard on the foreign radio are stronger than constant state propaganda. In what that the free nations were able to hold out and win in the confrontation with the Evil Empire in the second half of the twentieth century, perhaps the major role was played by radio which caused the defeat of totalitarian propaganda and changed the consciousness of peoples behind the Iron Curtain. This experience is extremely important and should be used towards the remaining anti-people regimes more widely and consistently with all the modern means of communications.
82. Anti-democratic states should be recognized as subjects of international law only to the extent required to maintain a peaceful coexistence and to avoid war. With the anti-democratic states must be maintained the relationship strictly limited to the framework of international law, and should not be installed a friendly, trusting relationship. To the anti-democratic regimes weapons should not be sold or advanced technologies should not be transferred.
Economic cooperation and trade with the anti-popular regimes should be carried out only to the extent necessary to prevent the sufferings of the people oppressed by them. Corporations and businessmen of democratic countries that had established connections with the repressive regimes and are supporting them economically should act on their own risk, without any support from democratic states and their investments in countries with dictatorial regimes should not enjoy legal protection.
Victims of political repression should be able to apply to judicial authorities of the democratic countries for compensation for damage to their health and property inflicted by dictatorial regimes from assets of such regimes that located in the territory of the democratic countries and that are not subject to diplomatic immunity. Compensation claim should also apply to the property of the formally private companies that are in fact fully or partially controlled by anti-democratic regimes.
83. At the international level with participation both democratic states and international non-governmental organizations should be created a single world-wide register of dissidents subjected to repressions, prisoners of conscience, political prisoners. Each person who has risen to struggle for freedom and democracy, against tyranny, needs to know that free mankind has not forgotten him. Dissidents, prisoners of conscience and political prisoners, their families should be provided not only moral support but also with legal and financial assistance.
An important force in the fight against anti-democratic regimes is the trade union movement. The collapse of dictatorship often began with the emergence of the mass trade union movement. Opposition intellectuals are to go to people and help them to organize trade unions independent of a dictatorial state. Trade unions in democratic countries should show solidarity and provide all possible assistance to their disenfranchised brothers being under the yoke of dictatorship. Dictators are the worst enemies of the working people. Dictatorship always means social injustice, poverty of a considerable part, if not most, of people, the disenfranchisement of workers and ruthless exploitation of them. It is necessary to help working people understand the anti-people nature of tyranny and then encourage them to fight against it. When the working people join dissidents and opposition intellectuals in the fight against the tyranny, it will crash down.
It is necessary to provide all kinds of assistance, including military aid, to the people that rebelled against the dictatorship and launched an armed struggle against it. Free countries must not hesitate to use military force against an anti-democratic regime that encourages terrorism, conducts a covert war against free humanity, that is trying to create weapons of mass destruction, which can cause a great damage to mankind and the nature, commits aggression against neighboring states. The war of the free world against such a regime is a necessary and justifiable action to protect life and freedom around the world.
The people of free countries should give full support to the armed forces of their countries entered into the armed struggle with the criminal anti-democratic regime. Protests in free countries against the liberation war for the freedom of oppressed people, a just war against aggression, violence and slavery is a manifestation of selfishness of well-fed and well-off people who have lost their conscience, who are incapable of compassion, but above all is betrayal, forgetfulness and renunciation of the brothers and sisters, suffering under the rule of the criminal anti-people regimes.
The military people of the free world heroically fighting for freedom and life of not only their countrymen, but also of all mankind are frequently insulted during the anti-war protests. A desire to avoid civilian casualties resulting from military operations is often announced as a motive of anti-war protests. At the same time they do not recollect that the dictatorial regimes in the years of their existence killed, maimed, tortured hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions, of people. What measures would be considered appropriate by protesters if their hometown, their relatives and friends got into the hands of cruel bandits? Would they recommend to the police and the army not to proceed with the use of weapons against murderers, robbers and rapists, which seized their town? Would they recommend to the government of their country to establish trade relations with the bandits and wait until the ringleaders of the gang die a natural death? Probably the majority of the anti-war protesters would agree with the need to use armed force against criminals in this situation, despite the risk of civilian casualties. Why do they have a different approach when it comes to the sufferings of their brethren in other countries? Is it because they do not consider the oppressed peoples as their brethren, do not consider them as people worthy of freedom?
In the case of escalation of the revolution against the tyranny into civil war the armed forces of the free world should not directly participate in it. Every nation in this situation should on its own to win their freedom. But the free world should to provide military support for revolutionary detachments, which would eliminate the advantage of dictatorship’s army in the quantity and quality of weapons. The armed forces of the free world must decisively block attempts by other anti-democratic regimes to intervene in the civil war on the side of dictatorship.
One cannot exclude the possibility that in consequence of the revolution and the civil war, instead of one anti-democratic regime another repressive regime will rise. Free countries must immediately cease its support of the new regime, which does not comply with the democratic norms, has no respect for human rights, which persecutes dissidents, political opponents, which violates the rights of ethnic and religious minorities and women.
Anti-democratic regimes should not be supported, even if these regimes express their willingness to fight terrorism threatening free nations. It is unacceptable to fight one evil allying himself with another evil. Those who have entered into an alliance with evil, turn away from the Lord, show their lack of faith in him. All their plans ultimately will turn against them.
84. The captive nations should be helped not only by the democratic states but by the free people themselves. During the visits of the leaders and officials of the anti-people regimes to the free countries should be organized protest demonstrations. Protest actions should be held regularly near the embassies and other institutions of dictatorial regimes. All the activities of the institutions of anti-democratic regimes in the free world should take place against the background of popular protests. None of the dictators, not a single henchman of the dictatorship should feel relaxed and comfortable during their visits to the free countries.
Executioners and their accomplices brought before a court after the collapse of the dictatorship may argue that they did not violate the law and obeyed the lawful orders of their superiors. Therefore, there should be international legislation criminalizing politically motivated or greedy crimes committed during the rule of the dictatorial regimes by their functionaries: persecution of dissidents and opposition members, tortures, violence, murders, falsification of criminal investigation materials, delivering unjust court verdicts, electoral machinations, the use of terror in suppressing popular protests, the adoption by the puppet legislative bodies of legislative acts aimed at limiting the freedom and sovereignty of the people, and other crimes. Functionaries of dictatorial regimes should know that after the fall of the dictatorship they will have to answer for their crimes in accordance with the international law. Such international legislation may initially be developed, published and put into effect without the participation of any state or intergovernmental organizations.
In relation to each of dictatorial regimes a list of its functionaries suspected of having committed crimes against the people should be maintained. Each judge, investigator, prosecutor, policeman, military man, legislator, any government officer, involved in the crime against the people, must be recorded in the appropriate international register. When the dictatorship collapse and there will come a time of freedom, against these individuals there will be brought court proceedings in compliance with the democratic legal procedures. If these persons will be found guilty, on them criminal penalties could be imposed in accordance with the international legislation, which were in force at the time of committing crimes.
85. The peoples of the free world have to oppose any attempts of unscrupulous government and public figures to achieve reconciliation with anti-democratic regimes. The names of politicians, public figures and businessmen who help dictators and protect anti-democratic regimes should be recorded in an open international register of supporters and defenders of repressive regimes. Accomplices of dictators from democratic countries may try to separate their private life from their activities, which bring suffering to enslaved peoples. They may try to hide from the people around them their connections with criminal regimes. Therefore their relatives, friends, neighbors, everyone with whom they come into contact in everyday life should be informed about their malicious activities and its consequences. At the same time should be presented examples of sufferings, tortures and killings of concrete individuals. Unrepentant supporters of dictatorial regimes until the end of their life must be accompanied by the names and faces of specific individuals who became victims of regimes, to which they served and which they defended.
86. Some dictatorial regimes exist for decades, supported by unscrupulous and corrupt politicians and public figures of democratic countries, getting assistance from other anti-people regimes. The bloody despots found dynasties. Political power is transferred from one tyrant to another.
But still no tyranny is eternal, its lifetime is limited. Dynasties of executioners of the people gradually degenerate. With each passing year their end is approaching. We can no longer calmly and coolly expect natural collapse of dictatorial regimes. To see the suffering of the enslaved brothers and not to try to help them is immoral. And the time for waiting is gone.
In order to help the enslaved nations in their struggle for freedom it is necessary to create a non-governmental international organization. This organization cannot be clandestine. Any secret organization will inevitably become a victim of hostile agents and provocateurs. The only chance for the survival and success of the organization is an absolute openness, the absence of internal bureaucracy, veracity and careful observance of the law. Such an organization should operate around the world. Branches of this people’s and independent organization are to be established in all the countries of the free world.
87. All the peoples of the world inevitably will gain freedom. Dictators are doomed, no matter what violence they may have committed and what weapons they may have accumulated. Dictators believe that their main enemies are the revolutionaries, dissidents and human rights activists, supported by the free nations. Here they are wrong. The main enemy of dictatorships is the Lord Himself. According to his will all the dictatorial regimes will be destroyed and disappear.
88. The information revolution of recent decades, during which there has occurred a widespread computerization and global electronic information delivery systems have emerged, qualitatively and irreversibly changed the conditions of human existence. Humanity ceases to be a conglomeration of different peoples, separated by national borders, language and cultural barriers. People living in all corners of the Earth have become closer to, have felt kinship with each other, consider themselves to be one family, become aware of their spiritual unity. The process of spiritual unification of mankind happens by the will of the Lord and is a stage of implementation his plan.
89. It is necessary to fully support and deepen worldwide information integration. All people should have the opportunity to use electronic communications for access to newspapers, magazines, radio and television broadcasts from around the world, the achievements of science and culture. There should be created a global network of free and public accessible digital libraries, repositories of cultural and scientific information.
Scientific and cultural achievements, that in whole or in part were created at the expense of public funds, must be open and available to all mankind. Duration of restrictions on access to the digital versions of cultural objects, works of art, including works from literature and music, movies, as defined by the existing copyright system, should be significantly reduced. The maximum duration of copyright on the digital versions of the cultural objects, works of art intended for use with personal media devices on a non-commercial basis, as a rule, should not exceed ten years from the date of first publication or performance.
90. With the Internet people have got the new possibilities of combining their forces for the solution of social problems and achieving the goals that seem important to them. Social cooperation with the use of electronic methods of communication should be extended and deepened.
The revolutionary changes in information technology are of great importance for the destiny of the people who are under the authority of anti-democratic states. As a result of the information revolution the possibilities of isolating people from the outside world, the possibilities of spreading xenophobia, introducing into the consciousness of people theories of national exclusiveness have been reduced. Social activity, due to access to the Internet and other means of electronic communications, could develop into revolutionary people's movements for the liberation from the rule of dictatorial regimes. The free world not only should not provide assistance to anti-democratic regimes in their efforts to establish control over the Internet, but must actively counteract them. The free world must support and protect the Internet resources of forces of opposition to dictatorships, to provide people who are under the rule of repressive regimes with the means to overcome barriers to the free exchange of information on the Internet.
91. Communication between the peoples is hampered by the lack of a unified system of writing information transmitted through language. The writing system based on the Latin alphabet could become such a unified system. It would be useful on a voluntary basis to carry out preparatory works for the transition of all the national languages to using the Latin alphabet. The results of these works, including software for transliteration of texts, could be used to transition to a new system of writing. Transition to the use of the European writing system using the Latin alphabet will help to integrate the achievements of national literary cultures into a global culture, to preserve them for future generations.
92. For free communication between people there should be a single international language. In today's world English became such a language. English is not only the most common language but also is the language of the great free nations. The English language is the language spoken by freedom. In the future English will become the primary language of all people.
93. In all countries acts of legislation should be published at least in two languages: English and a national language. Learning English in the school education system should be mandatory in all countries. A widely available system of voluntary learning English for adult population should be organized in each country. Literature, television and radio broadcasts in English should be generally available in all countries. A great role in spreading the English language could be played by the volunteer teachers from the English-speaking countries.
94. Particularly important is teaching English people from lower social groups in countries which are under the rule of repressive regimes. Lower social groups are often the targets and victims of xenophobic propaganda aimed at their spiritual isolation and enslaving. Mastering the English language will provide access for them to the universal values of humanism and freedom, the great culture of democratic nations. These people, having realized the value of freedom and their human dignity, can become a force that will destroy despotism oppressing their nation.
